As a foster for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue over the past two years, I’ve not only opened my home to more than 20 dogs but also have helped them find their forever homes. I have an incredible breadth of experience dealing with dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. Friendly and well-adjusted dogs as well as stressed, frightened pooches who need socialization have been in my care providing me with a glimpse at what makes them tick. "Paying it forward," giving back to man's (and woman's) best friend and sharing a loving home with them is beyond rewarding.
My two-legged children—a 13-year old daughter and 16-year old son—as well as my furry “kids” keep me busy. Other loves include travel, hiking and relaxing with a good mystery.
Walking Whiskers is more than a job to me—it is a lifestyle.
